Baby Care was originally established in May of 1988 at 42B Kennedy Road. As the service expanded, it was later moved to Bowen Road in November 1990. Since then, hundreds of babies and children have been loved and cared for by our staff and volunteers. The service is funded by donations from the community.

Service Goal

Our goal is to provide residential care for babies and children who are waiting for adoption. Baby Care provides loving, nurturing care and a stimulating environment to help prepare them for life in a family. It also provides training to develop the abilities of children with special needs to their fullest potential so as to establish a firm foundation for subsequent education and development. This will also help to increase their chance for adoption.

Target Group

We provide residential care for children from birth to two years old who are awaiting adoption. These children include those who have special needs.
