我覺得領養好好..可以幫到想要小朋友既家庭,小朋友又可以在一個可能比跟住親生父母好既環境下成長… 我見過一對外國夫婦,在香港工作,佢地領養左當然只有3-4個月大既bb,bb宜家好開心,生活得好好,養父母好愛鍚佢...我覺得既然如果親生媽媽係俾唔到好既成長環境小朋友,為何唔放一放手,佢無出唔出生既權利去選擇,所以亦請你幫佢選擇一個好既環境去長大,為左佢將來既生活..想一想..

Any bodies here in HK will assist HK couples to adopt child from China?

From what we were told, as HK citizens, you actually need to approach China government (Civil affairs) to find out information on adopting from Mainland.  Because HK is part of China, the process is actually considered domestic adoption; thus it is required to go through the local government to process.  One thing needs to bear in mind is that the “right of abode” is an issue when adopting from China.  From our understanding, the child adopted by HK citizens may not be granted a single entry permit immediately… like any other children born to HK citizens.  The child needs to wait in line for being a resident in HK.
